The ocean is deep and mysterious. Once, I wanted to explore it and divine all its secrets. Today, I am content to know that the ocean will always be here and its reasons should never be questioned. The waves exist because they exist. The currents will live as long as we do. When I was younger, I wanted to find every sea monster, every tentacled beast, but today, I wanted them to swim in dark, wet silence. I want the seas to know that I am content in the knowledge that I will never understand them, but accept their safety, embrace their motion and gladly dive into their foamy crest.
