I read a story once about how cowboys drank seltzer and milk. I kind of don't think that story was true, because I bet cowboys drank whiskey and beer more than milk. Perhaps that's just my side of romanticizing alcohol. However, as a kid, I wanted to see what that would be like, to mix seltzer and milk. I got my mom to buy both at the store and it was a big ritual. I couldn't wait for the first taste. Would it make me a man? Or, as I really hoped, a cowboy?

Nope. It just tasted horrible.
